For your stay, a deposit of €1,000 (non-cashable) will be required on arrival, in the form of a cheque or cash. In the event of any damage, an inventory of fixtures will be carried out with you at the time of your departure to assess any costs.

For security reasons, you will also be asked to provide proof of insurance.

Direct rental: At the time of booking, we give you a period of time to pay us 30% of the total amount of the reservation. The balance of the payment is made one month before arrival. For any cancellation, we collect the ares already paid except in the event of confinement, or a credit note will be issued to you, to be used without time limit.
