Perce Neige House is a ground-floor apartment with private entrance and direct access to a vast 200 m² terrace. Completely renovated, it combines modern comfort with authentic charm. You'll enjoy a heated swimming pool and a breathtaking view over the village of La Bresse.

Discover our beautiful self-contained garden apartment, located in our house. It opens onto a huge 200 m² terrace with a magnificent view. Perfectly equipped, the terrace includes a sofa, garden furniture, a bar, outdoor heaters, a barbecue, a plancha, a brazier and, of course, a heated swimming pool for unforgettable moments.
The apartment comprises a bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa bed. It can accommodate 2 adults and a baby, or 3 people.
The grounds are fully fenced and have parking facilities. Just 2 minutes from the center of La Bresse, you'll enjoy both peace and quiet and proximity to amenities.
Please note the swimming pool is closed in winter.
